Flat Roof Lining.
Specification – GRP Lining to Flat Roof on New Build and Bespoke Fascia.

GRP Roof Lining
Operatives prepared the surface using a spiked roller to allow for a better adhesion. The hardboard was then primed with resin, followed two layers of chopped strand mat wetted out with resin. Once this has cured a resin wash is applied followed by a hand sand. Finally, a pigmented top coat was applied.
The roof was left to cure and will now last in excess of 20 years.
Bespoke Fasicas
Our client was having issues finding the facias he needed and enquired to see if we could make some. We of course had no problem in doing this and made the mould in our unit. We manufactured 20 sections of 2.4m long x 300mm deep fascia and delivered and installed these onsite.
